Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, protected residence environments
Clean and sanitize suites, washrooms, offices, and common areas
Prepare vacant suites for recent move-ins
Complete room renovations, repairs,



and scheduled maintenance
Monitor grounds, mechanical, electrical, and fire systems

Requirements:
Grade 12 minimum education
At least two years of experience, preferably in healthcare
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and grounds maintenance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt and work with seniors
