This full-time Client Services Coordinator role combines administrative coordination, family communication, student programs, and teaching support. You will manage schedules, records, enrollment documentation, and daily activities while working closely with the Education Coordinator. The position offers development toward independently coordinating operations and potentially advancing into Centre Manager responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate student and staff schedules, attendance, and make-up classes
- Manage records, enrollment documentation, systems, and communications
- Respond to inquiries and guide prospective families through programs




- Support student programs, teachers, and accurate progress records
- Identify operational problems and develop practical solutions

Requirements:

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using Google Workspace and learning current systems
- Comfort working with children and teens
- Availability for afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts
