Support workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment as a Senior Human Resources Generalist with The Sutherland Group. Manage Team Member lifecycle programs across the organization.

This Senior Human Resources Generalist partners with leaders, Team Members, the HR Director, and Payroll. Responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR systems administration, records management, advantages administration, and offboarding. The role also supports compliance, mobility, and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, staffing, and organizational growth
- Advise leaders and Team Members on policies and employee relations
- Administer HR systems, records, reporting, and workforce data




- Coordinate owner-operator onboarding, mobility, permits, visas, and immigration programs

Requirements:

- Two to three or more years in Human Resources or related functions
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, leaves, changes, and offboarding
- Accurate, confidential HRIS and employee records management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and HR technologies
- Human Resources or Business Administration post-secondary education preferred
