This full-time, year-round Residence Operations Associate role combines property upkeep, light maintenance, residence preparation, and guest service. You will support a small team while helping keep 22 private homes and three Guest Suites arrival-ready. The work includes indoor and outdoor tasks across a slopeside residential community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep entrances, walkways, common areas, and facilities secure
- Complete minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic household issues
- Prepare residences with linens, amenities, and inspections
- Respond to Owner and Guest requests professionally
- Drive the property shuttle and share Whistler recommendations

Requirements:

- Positive attitude, initiative, reliability, and practical judgment
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license
- Current Canadian work authorisation and Sea to Sky accommodation
