Lead secure warehouse operations in Prince Rupert with labour scheduling, union supervision, and containerized logistics expertise. This onsite role supports IntermodeX’s transload team.

As an experienced Operations Supervisor, you will plan, coordinate, and execute daily facility operations. You will schedule labour, measure production KPIs, oversee union employees, and support process development. The role helps prepare the Prince Rupert operation for a new 100-door transload facility opening in 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine staffing levels, schedule labour, and assign workloads
- Oversee workflows, employee coordination, and labour management
- Supervise union workforce adherence to standard procedures
- Lead safety toolbox and daily startup meetings




- Measure activities and employee performance for management

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of direct industrial supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of containerized exports and logistics
- Experience in unionized environments is ideally preferred
- Proficiency with Office 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to climb machinery and lift up to 50 pounds
