The Bartender supports exceptional dining experiences for every guest. This position prepares alcoholic drinks, pours wine and beer, and adapts standard recipes to guest preferences. Responsibilities include orders, garnishing, payments, cleaning, inventory, and secure alcohol service. Knowledge of drink recipes and robust interpersonal skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:
Take, fill, garnish, and serve drink orders
Collect payments and operate the POS
Clean glasses, utensils, work areas, and guest spaces
Monitor inventory and order required bar supplies
Check identification and manage protected alcohol service

Requirements:
High-School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Required age of majority or older
One to two years of bartending experience
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Applicable alcohol sale and handling certificate
