EXI-Plast Custom Moulding Inc. is recruiting a Shift Lead / Supervisor for its full time manufacturing operation. You will coordinate operations, material and forklift operators, machine operators, and maintenance personnel. The position supports production schedules, quality checks, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Champion health and safety across plant operations
Assign daily tasks to operations team members
Monitor workflow, productivity, cycle times, and quality
Prepare detailed shift handovers and status updates
Assist production oversight and operational goal achievement

Requirements:
Three to five years manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
Two years leadership or supervisory experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Robust communication, planning, and decision-making skills
Calm response to unexpected situations or emergencies
