Prepare deli foods and salad bar products in Windsor as a full time Deli Kitchen Clerk, with open availability and weekend shifts required.

This position supports daily Deli operations while maintaining food quality standards. You will prepare ingredients, package products, operate kitchen equipment, and follow Oliver’s recipes. The work includes sanitation, food temperature records, FIFO rotation, customer communication, and established safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete Panini, sandwich, packer, prep cook, and salad bar preparation
Prepare products according to company specifications and recipes
Package, weigh, label, and Cry-O-Vac products when appropriate
Record food temperatures and practice FIFO product rotation
Clean workstations, utensils, equipment, and department areas

Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Basic knowledge of Oliver’s kitchen recipes
Basic cooking and grilling skills
Food Handlers Certificate from ServSafe or ANSI-compliant organization
Versatile availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
