As a TPC Winder, you will produce coils for dry type transformers using winding orders, machine programs, specifications, and drawings. The work supports Hammond Power Solutions’ custom electrical power solutions for global markets. You will select winding kits, confirm materials, and complete testing and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:
Select winding kits according to schedules or supervisor direction
Load wire and set up TPC winding machines
Load appropriate programs from winding order specifications
Run first-off samples and perform required ratio tests
Verify dimensions, tolerances, parts, and quality requirements

Requirements:
High School education, Grade 12
Manufacturing education considered an asset
Electrical principles education considered an asset
Ability to follow winding orders and technical drawings
Ability to notify Quality Assurance about quality issues
