This position supports a luxurious spa experience through cleaning, linen handling, room restocking, and exceptional customer service. The scheduled shifts include Friday and Saturday evenings, plus a Sunday afternoon-to-evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform wide-ranging cleaning tasks to maintain high service standards
Wash floors, dust, clean windows, and clean guest washrooms
Restock therapists’ rooms and return dirty linens to Laundry




Collect clean linen for spa operations
Provide exceptional customer service while exceeding spa expectations

Requirements:
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time
