As a Claims Advisor, you handle medium-complexity property claims and low-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims. You investigate and approve claims, assist members, clients, and practitioners, and develop solutions using analytical skills and discipline-specific knowledge. French is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage and estimate costs
Review reports and documents to determine settlement amounts
Analyze medical, financial, and job information for perk eligibility
Settle claims according to policies,



standards, and contract terms
Negotiate with involved parties to ensure smooth claims processing

Requirements:
College diploma in a related field
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
Robust interpersonal savvy and effective communication skills
