Key Responsibilities:
Assemble wooden products according to customer requirements
Interpret production paperwork, CAD drawings, and dimensions
Operate manufacturing equipment and required hand tools




Identify problems and communicate issues to supervisors
Participate in standard work and quality improvements

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read tape measures and interpret drawings
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions
