This Advanced Automotive Parts Specialist provides expert store operations knowledge and automotive problem resolution. You will identify issues, troubleshoot systems, recommend solutions, source parts, and assist with projects. The work includes walk in, online, and phone transactions, along with DIY services and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve advanced automotive issues for DIY customers
Provide GAS3 selling support across customer channels
Manage testing, battery installation, and wiper services
Source parts through special orders and second sources




Perform key holder opening, closing, and safety duties

Requirements:
Three to five years of automotive parts experience
Advanced parts, automotive systems, and diagnostic knowledge
ASE P2 certification or equivalent ASE readiness
High school diploma or general education degree
Successful criminal background check and drivers abstract

Use advanced diagnostics, parts sourcing, and customer service skills to support DIY solutions as an automotive parts specialist.
