Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, Limited seeks an Arborist Foreperson to lead teams across weekly job sites. Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor newer team members, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Plan assigned work, direct equipment, and maintain secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews delivering protected, productive arboricultural care
Plan assigned work and direct crew members and equipment
Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and hand tools
Perform tree pruning, thinning, deadwood removal, and hazardous tree removal
Manage customer expectations, inspections, and Davey safety procedures

Requirements:
Minimum two years of arborist experience
ISA certification or arboriculture program enrollment
Valid provincial driver’s license and ability to drive five-ton vehicles
Ability to direct safe tree canopy ascents
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
