Key Responsibilities:
Set up and stock preparation stations and kitchen areas
Chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare sauces
Follow Head Chef instructions during kitchen service
Maintain health and safety standards in preparation areas
Cook menu items with kitchen staff support

Requirements:
Two to three years’ experience in a similar role
Passion for hospitality and upscale service
Robust attention to detail
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Legal authorization to work in Canada
