Whether you're a certified technician or working toward your certification, this position offers hands‐on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused workplace.You'll be responsible for evaluating appliance issues, completing repairs using manufacturer documentation, and delivering an exceptional service experience aligned with Trail's values.As a Service Technician, you will:Evaluate, diagnose, and repair a wide range of appliances (laundry, kitchen, refrigeration)Recommend and order required parts for effective repairsComplete and submit all paperwork (repair reports, parts usage, etc.)
