This experienced Offshore HSE Advisor serves as the lead HSE resource aboard an offshore drilling facility. The position provides guidance, coaching, and support across supervisors, contractors, and offshore personnel. It strengthens safety culture while supporting regulatory compliance, investigations, audits, and risk processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HSE activities aboard the offshore drilling facility
- Coach supervisors, contractors, and offshore personnel
- Monitor project, company, and regulatory HSE compliance
- Lead incident, hazard, and near-miss investigations
- Support risk assessments, JSAs, MOC,



and PTW processes

Requirements:

- Significant offshore HSE experience in oil and gas, drilling, marine, or related industries
- Robust understanding of Permit to Work systems
- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Eligibility for offshore medical, survival, and safety training requirements
