Coordinate Pumphouse Theatre’s Summer Drama Day Camp in Calgary using theatre knowledge and strong communication skills. This full-time seasonal position runs Monday to Friday.

The Camp Coordinator oversees administrative needs and daily activities for youth ages 7–14. Working under the Programming Director, you will support Camp Leaders and the instructional team. Duties combine supervision, occasional instruction, administration, and theatre-based programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily activities throughout summer camp sessions
- Support Camp Leaders and the instructional team
- Oversee administrative needs for the camp program
- Provide occasional instruction in drama activities
- Support final presentations for friends and family

Requirements:

- Previous experience supervising and instructing youth ages 7–14
- Understanding of the creative theatre process
- Drama, theatre, or education coursework experience
- Solid communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
