Canada Life seeks an Accounting Systems Process Specialist skilled in reconciliations and financial investigations for permanent full-time employment. Support Public Service Plans across complex accounting workflows.

This specialist manages back-end accounting processes across multiple lines of business. The position performs transactions, investigates suspense accounts, and supports Accounting System Coordinators. You will also review controls and assist internal audit requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform complex accounting transactions and financial investigations
- Investigate and reconcile suspense account activity
- Transparent claims transactions across BEN, PAS, EAS, and E&C;
- Monitor claim reporting and recommend corrective action




- Provide operational guidance, troubleshooting, and workflow support

Requirements:

- Post-secondary administrative education or related work experience
- Accounting education or CPA enrollment is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and time management
- Reliability Status Security Clearance required before access
