As a Custodian Floater, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of multiple facilities. This position allows for incentive pay and the benefit of mileage reimbursement. Working under the Custodial Supervisor, you will be responsible for both daily and weekly maintenance tasks at various locations. Key functions include cleaning, securing buildings, and assisting with site traffic management, all while fostering a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and restrooms
• Conduct weekly cleaning of windows and surfaces
• Secure buildings and set alarms for safety
• Prepare facilities for meetings and events
• Report any maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:
• Successful completion of a standard skills test
• HSD or GED preferred
• Prior custodial experience is a benefit
• Background in non-profit preferred
