As a Level 3 Underground Mechanic Apprentice, you will maintain, repair, and service mobile mining equipment under a Licensed Technician’s supervision. The work includes diagnostics, hydraulic and electrical schematics, hand and power tools, and detailed work orders. You will support safe, reliable underground operations while developing trade skills across wide-ranging machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect underground equipment for faults and proper performance
- Maintain and repair scoops, loaders, trucks, and graders
- Diagnose malfunctions using computerized testing equipment
- Replace defective components using hand and power tools
- Complete inspections, work orders, and service records

Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school
- One to two years working on vehicles and equipment
- Previous mechanical schooling preferred
- Own mechanic tools
- Ability to work independently or with a team
