Medical Office Assistant (MOA) – Part-Time, TemporaryLocation: Grow Medical Clinic | View Royal, BCPosition: Part-Time, 12-Month Temporary ContractSchedule: Mondays & TuesdaysCompensation: $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experienceAbout the OpportunitySouth Island Primary Care Society is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team at Grow Medical Clinic on a temporary 12-month contract.Grow Medical Clinic is a busy, collaborative primary care practice providing family medicine and maternity care to patients across Greater Victoria.We are looking for someone who thrives in a rapid‐paced clinical environment, enjoys working with patients and healthcare providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and provide professional, compassionate front‐desk support.Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and telephone inquiries.Support physicians and clinical staff with daily administrative tasks.Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient information.Coordinate referrals, incoming reports,
