Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer issues and support customer-focused service
- Generate daily load sheets and requirement listings
- Monitor all customer portals for release information




- Maintain adequate container supplies through weekly inventories
- Monitor dock and shipper-receiver activities

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Two to three years related customer service experience
- Manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment experience
- Robust organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office and database applications proficiency; shift availability required
