Build Accounts Payable experience with Lindt & Sprüngli in Toronto through SAP, Basware, and invoice matching. This hybrid Winter 2027 placement combines onsite and work from home.

The Accounts Payable Co-op supports the Lindt Canada Accounts Payable team during the Winter 2027 term. You will work with SAP, Basware, foreign currencies, and Excel while supporting invoice processing and reconciliations. The placement runs from January 2027 through April 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
- Match co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices in SAP
- Process indirect expenses in Basware
- Reconcile statements and respond to vendor inquiries
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and partner teams

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited finance or accounting co-operative program
- Recently graduated within the past six months
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
