Key Responsibilities:
Interview patients, families, and care providers for accurate information
Input demographic and financial data into hospital systems
Apply Positive Patient Identification during registration processes




Prepare labels and wristbands, verifying patient identity
Review financial agreements and accommodation options with patients

Requirements:
Grade 12 completion or equivalent
Medical Terminology certificate and pre-interview testing
Typing speed of 40 words per minute
Robust computer and English communication skills
