The Buyer works within Jazz Aviation LP’s Routine Purchasing Team, processing requisitions and managing stock levels. This permanent position coordinates with customers and suppliers to procure products and services cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Process material requisitions and release technical or non-technical orders
Negotiate supplier pricing, quality, terms, transportation, and duties
Expedite deliveries and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Resolve shipping, certification,



pricing, invoicing, and parts issues
Prepare purchasing reports and analyze trends using Microsoft BI and Excel

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Excel skills and working Microsoft Power BI knowledge
Purchasing, inventory management, and repair activity knowledge
Solid negotiation and supplier problem-solving abilities
Minimum two years of procurement or supply management experience preferred
