WhatYou’llDo:
Draft, proofread, and revise pleadings and legal documents
Prepare and coordinate for hearings and trials, including scheduling and file management
Work directly with lawyers on all aspects of file management
Manage client files from start to finish

WhatWe’reLooking For:
Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program (required)
Minimum of 1 year of legal assistant experience (family law experienceisa solid asset)




Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution‑oriented
