Walmart’s Distribution Centre Team Associate handles freight moving into and out of the distribution centre. The position works in picking, receiving, and shipping areas as business dictates. Daily duties include inventory replenishment, order filling, accuracy, loading, unloading, safety, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general warehouse duties, including trailer loading and unloading
Work in picking, receiving, and shipping areas
Replenish and restock inventory and customer product
Maintain order filling performance and picking accuracy




Follow Operations policies, procedures, safety, and housekeeping programs

Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly for up to 10 hours
Have steel-toed safety shoes or boots on the first day
Use additional required personal protective gear, provided as appropriate
Be 18 or older
Work continuously between specified temperatures at PDC locations
