Bring personality and guest service to Jack Astor’s as a Restaurant Host. Guide guests through the menu while creating memorable dining experiences.

In this Host position, you will support Jack Astor’s quality and service standards while working with managers and fellow Peeps. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, take orders, and attend to needs throughout their meals. The role emphasizes outstanding guest experiences, food and beverage order accuracy, enthusiasm, and team support. Previous comparable restaurant experience, Smart Serve Certification, and English communication skills are required for success.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and guide them through the menu
Take food and beverage orders properly




Attend to guest needs throughout each meal

Requirements:
Previous experience in a comparable restaurant
High school diploma or equivalent
Smart Serve Certification
Availability during all restaurant operating hours
Proficient English verbal and written communication
