Ontario Ltd. O/A Dairy Max seeks a Truck Drivers’ Supervisor for permanent, full time employment. This supervisor coordinates drivers and office staff while managing schedules, routes, loads, fleet maintenance, and transportation resources. The work supports quick, reliable dairy product delivery from Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate driver and office staff assignments for client loads
Supervise schedules and shift coverage for GTA deliveries
Plan pickup and delivery routes for regional and local runs
Monitor driver performance, production,



and transportation resource utilization
Ensure fleet maintenance and resolve workflow issues

Requirements:
Secondary School graduation
One to two years as a truck driver or related experience
Ability to supervise five to ten people
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred
