The Registered Nurse, Home Care works under the Home Care Nursing Supervisor within a multidisciplinary team. The position administers assigned activities, supports integrated holistic services, and responds to residents’ and staff needs. Qualified judgment guides daily decisions and unusual matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer activities assigned by the Home Care Case Coordinator
Collaborate within the multidisciplinary home care team

Exercise skilled judgment in daily matters

Requirements:
Registered Nurse with applicable additional education or preparation
Positive standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
Current BCLS certification and Wound Care Levels 1 and 2
Minimum one year nursing experience, preferably in Home Care
Valid Manitoba license, reliable vehicle, and weekend availability
