The Advisor Trainee is a temporary contract lasting up to six months. You will gain practical experience with Sun Life products, tools, processes, and Clients while developing confidence and business acumen. The program supports preparation for advisor career launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work from a local Sun Life District office
- Gain product, process, and practical client experience
- Obtain dual insurance and mutual fund licensing
- Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
- Complete business development activities and preparation tasks

Requirements:

- LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
- Strong knowledge of retail insurance and investment products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
- Enjoyment of relationship-building and development
