This full-time-equivalent elementary teaching assignment reports to the assigned school’s Principal. You will provide continuous, high-quality education during the regular teacher’s temporary absence. Your work follows Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies while supporting diverse student needs within a learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide continuous, high-quality education during the temporary absence
- Support student achievement and well-being
- Follow Ontario Ministry of Education standards
- Apply Upper Grand District School Board policies
- Report to the assigned school Principal

Requirements:

- Required qualification: Junior
- Minimum two qualified supervisory references
- One reference must be from a current Principal or Vice-Principal
- External candidates must provide an original Vulnerable Sector Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check dated within six months of starting
