Drive ticket sales for Citadel Theatre in Edmonton using phone prospecting, networking, and strong customer service skills. Support arts audiences and revenue targets.

This representative sells season tickets, renewals, Flex ticket packages, group tickets, and other offerings. The work serves corporate and consumer demographics through calls, appointments, events, and performances. You will coordinate with Box Office, Guest Relations, and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales through cold calling, appointments, referrals, and networking
- Sell ticket packages, donations, and corporate subscriber offerings
- Enter client information into Theatre Manager throughout sales processes
- Represent Citadel Theatre at networking and community events




- Maintain customer service and accurate sales records

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of sales, telephone sales, and cold calling experience
- Strong time management, administrative, organization, and customer service skills
- Effective skilled communication and independent work abilities
- Microsoft Office experience; ticketing system experience is an asset
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and show nights
