Location: Cambridge, Ontario

Position: Full-time, in-office

Compensation: $48,000 base salary plus bonuses

Expected total compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually

We are looking for a dependable, positive and self-driven Client Success Specialist to join our established Cambridge insurance agency. You will become part of a supportive team that works hard, helps one another and takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience.

What You’ll Do

- Assist clients with questions about their home and auto insurance policies
- Help clients understand coverage, billing, policy changes and the claims process
- Complete policy changes and follow up on outstanding client requests
- Identify gaps in coverage and connect clients with appropriate insurance solutions
- Build lasting relationships through proactive client outreach and policy reviews
- Support client retention by providing friendly, accurate and timely service




- Work closely with the rest of the team to solve problems and meet agency goals

What We’re Looking For

- At least three years of customer service experience
- Clear and qualified verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to manage several priorities in a busy office
- A positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching and learn new skills
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, hospitality, retail or a professional office is an asset
- An Ontario OTL insurance licence is preferred but not required. We will support the right candidate through the licensing process

Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary of $48,000
- Performance bonuses with expected total compensation of $55,000–$60,000
- Three or more weeks of paid time off
