BMO Investment Centre seeks Investment Specialists for inbound customer support and wealth sales and service. The role welcomes candidates new to Wealth Management or those with experience. You will understand financial situations, educate customers, review goals, and recommend appropriate investment products and services. Work includes onboarding accounts and completing Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions under approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support customers through the inbound call queue
- Build trust and meaningful customer relationships
- Onboard current customer accounts
- Complete Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions




- Review goals and objectives for suitable products

Requirements:

- Typically one to three years of relevant professional experience
- Completed Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada Course
- Knowledge of marketplace trends and product offerings
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills

Use investment knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building skills to serve BMO customers remotely through the Investment Centre.
