Position Overview

We are looking for a Temporary Customer Care Representative to help grow our business and contribute to our future. In this opportunity, you will play a key role in supporting customers with accounts under 60 days delinquent by helping them find solutions and maintain their accounts in good standing. In this first-party collections role, you’ll communicate with customers by phone and email, arrange payments, update account information, and ensure timely follow-up. Reporting to the Manager, Debt Recovery, other highlights include:

- Communicating with customers using email and phone calls.
- Sending and receiving various documents to update accounts.
- Finding solutions and arranging payment(s).
- Meeting call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
- Completing skip tracing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients on updates with accounts.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities




- Comfortable using computer software such as Microsoft Office, softphone applications, and CRM systems
