Key Responsibilities:

- Complete onsite and virtual commercial claim inspections
- Investigate, negotiate, and settle commercial property claims
- Validate vendor estimates, pricing, and repair scopes
- Review policies, reports, leases, and case law
- Issue payments and maintain accurate claim correspondence

Requirements:

- Two or more years handling commercial lines claims
- One year handling first-party commercial claims
- Robust property insurance and customer service background
- CIP or FCIP preferred; willingness to pursue CIP
