The Parts Person supports Westerra Equipment’s Parts Department within Wesgroup Equipment. You will sell parts, source inventory, process transactions, and communicate professionally with customers. The work includes shipping and receiving, invoices, cores, warranties, returns, and maintaining organized department areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with internal and external customers
Sell parts and follow up on customer orders
Record parts sales in the operating system
Process invoices, cores, warranties, and returns
Maintain clean, orderly parts and warehouse areas

Requirements:
Complete Grade 12
Bring two to four years of related training and experience
Demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills
Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Lift more than 50 pounds and hold a valid driver’s license

Bring customer service, parts sourcing, and inventory control skills to Westerra Equipment’s Nanaimo Parts Department every weekday.
