The Courier supports FedEx Canada operations through safe driving, customer interaction, and organized daily work. One year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred, alongside positive communication, time management, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive with a valid license and good driving record
Lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds
Maneuver packages up to 150 pounds using equipment
Manage schedules flexibly, including holidays when required




Meet mandatory driver assessment training thresholds

Requirements:
High school diploma or educational equivalent
One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability
Valid driver’s license with a valuable driving record
