As Enterprise Lead, Work Design and Workforce Experiences, you will guide complex initiatives across BCLC. You will assess work, workforce capacity, operating models, and emerging skills. The focus includes practical solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead workforce transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Design roadmaps, governance, milestones, and success measures
Assess prospects to redesign, automate, or augment work
Develop business cases and implementation plans
Advise leaders on readiness, impacts, risks,



and priorities

Requirements:
Degree in a related business, human resources, or organizational discipline
Five to seven years leading complex enterprise initiatives
Experience with organizational transformation or business transformation
Solid stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills
Experience developing multi-year roadmaps and measurable outcomes
