Operate production equipment at Baxter’s Alliston facility while supporting quality checks and accurate documentation on the afternoon shift. Full time permanent work runs Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:00.
As a Kiefel and Regrind Operator, you will operate the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder while assisting Kiefel regrind activities. The position also backs up Kiefel and Sub-assembly operations. Your work includes troubleshooting minor equipment issues, handling materials safely, completing production paperwork, and following quality requirements. Baxter manufactures products intended to save and sustain lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder safely
Perform QA inspections and complete required documentation
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make adjustments
Transport materials using secure lifting guidelines and equipment
Assist Kiefel regrind and backup operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP workplace
Experience troubleshooting mechanical problems
Accurate data documentation and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work overtime as required
