Reporting to the Program Manager, the Part time Placement Coordinator supports clinical placement planning within the School of Nursing. You will maintain records, organize assignments, track documentation, and communicate with students, faculty, and healthcare partners. The work supports student readiness for clinical placements and may include orientation activities, meetings, and information sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative activities for student clinical placements
Maintain placement records, assignments, and partner information
Track documentation, deadlines, and outstanding placement requirements
Communicate with students,

Requirements:
Three-year college diploma in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
Experience coordinating processes and maintaining accurate records
Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Discretion handling confidential student information
