Fraser Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for CCU, ICU, Cardiac Stepdown, High Acuity, and CSICU settings. You will provide person-centered care in an acute medical unit, following BCCNM standards and Fraser Health values. The position requires collaboration with patients, families, and interprofessional care teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients and evaluate nursing interventions
Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
Coordinate care, delegate tasks, and set priorities
Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and referrals




Teach patients and families about health care and self-care

Requirements:
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Applicable post graduate coursework or equivalent preparation
Ability to organize, communicate, collaborate, and provide patient advocacy
