Support flexographic printing operations at C-P Versatile Packaging’s Aurora plant using press setup skills and hands-on material handling. Rotating shifts run across days, afternoons, and midnights.
As a Press Helper, you will support press operators with setup and operation activities. Your work helps maintain productive production, high-quality output, and smooth pressroom workflow. Basic mechanical knowledge, written instruction comprehension, and communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist press operators with press setup and operations
Manage inks and wash ink units
Move materials using proper lifting equipment
Remove waste from print rolls for recycling
Read job dockets and follow operator directions
Requirements:

Basic writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently within procedures
Ability to work rotating shifts
