Key Responsibilities:
Respond to alarms and emergency requests
Use verbal de-escalation to resolve safety incidents
Complete incident and missing patient reports
Regularly patrol the healthcare facility
Maintain confidentiality while supporting staff, patients, and guests

Requirements:
Valid British Columbia Security License
Customer service experience and robust interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm during emergencies
Comfort walking and standing for extended periods
Legal authorization to work in Canada
