Valsef Group is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the Montreal executive office floor, a high-visibility hub for our founders, executives, and guests. You will ensure a welcoming, organized space and seamless operations across lounge, conference rooms, gym, and shared areas.
You’ll manage the reception, oversee supplies and amenities, coordinate with vendors, and continually look for ways to improve the office experience. This is a hands-on role with potential growth over time.
