We are seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead trade operatives delivering repairs and maintenance across social housing. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and maintain secure, efficient, high-quality work. The role requires coordination with planners, clients, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise operatives and subcontractors completing repairs on time
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality through site visits
- Ensure Health & Safety and quality compliance
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
- Support team development and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative experience
- Social housing or property maintenance background
- Strong multi-trade technical knowledge
- Understanding of Health & Safety, RAMS, and compliance
- CSCS card and full UK driving licence
