Lead full-cycle recruitment at ATS Industrial Automation, using LinkedIn sourcing and strategic hiring practices in a hybrid, one-year contract.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own recruitment across Canadian and United States Industrial Automation divisions. You will support engineering, skilled trades, and technical business units while partnering with hiring managers and HR. The work spans sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, candidate experience, and hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding
- Build sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technical roles
- Coordinate interviews, screenings, references, and offer packages
- Create talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics




- Support global talent projects and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Post-secondary human resources degree or equivalent
- Five-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Robust LinkedIn and social media sourcing experience
- Experience with Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar systems
- Technical recruitment experience, especially engineering
