- Ensure inventory and operational standards are executed
- Lead manager-on-duty activities, safety, and task completion

Requirements:

- Two to three years managing ten to twenty Team Members
- Retail management experience and proven financial business acumen
- Working knowledge of automotive systems preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
